Maintenance Technician

Location: Kaunas, Lithuania (Onsite)

Salary: €15.08/hour gross (approx. €2,613/month)

What you will do

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment issues.
• Execute preventive maintenance, inspections, and condition monitoring for production and facility systems.
• Support equipment installations, commissioning, and utility connections.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records within CMMS systems.
• Perform routine facility maintenance including HVAC, power distribution, and fire protection systems.
• Identify safety risks and quality concerns, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Secondary school education with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Technical knowledge of mechatronics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and basic electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and manuals.
• Physical capability to perform manual tasks including lifting and bending.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing or cleanroom environments is preferred.
