Location: Shugart, Singapore; onsite research and design center

What you will do
- Analyze HDD manufacturing data to support test time reduction initiatives.
- Develop tools that improve the efficiency of collecting data for machine learning.
- Derive predictive models for optimal drive adaptive parameters.
- Help reduce HDD production time and calibration requirements.
- Collaborate with firmware, Servo, Read-Write, Mechanical, and Customer Firmware engineers.
Requirements
- Strong programming skills in Python are preferred.
- Experience with data analytics software.
- Some knowledge of AI and machine learning.
- Strong teamwork, resourcefulness, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results.
