Campus AI/ML Researcher

What you will do

• Implement open-ended machine learning research projects from concept through production.
• Develop and improve predictive models for quantitative research and trading monetization.
• Design and refine models, research tools, and supporting infrastructure.
• Apply statistical analysis, data mining, and modern deep learning techniques to complex problems.
• Collaborate with traders, quantitative researchers, engineers, and trading researchers.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to apply machine learning to achieve state-of-the-art results in challenging domains.
• Strong publication record at leading machine learning conferences or contributions to open-source AI research.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
• Proficiency in Python and/or C++.
• Strong general machine learning background, including modern deep learning techniques and/or language modeling architectures such as transformers or SSMs.
• Ability to reason through quantitative problems, communicate effectively, and maintain reliable and predictable availability.

Nice to have

• Prior knowledge of finance or trading is not required; training is provided.
