Position: 3D Generalist 
Salary: $1,200 – $1,500+ per month
Format: Remote | Full-time

About the Project:
The Gentle Art is a new American YT Shorts channel telling stories about combat sports through cinematic 3D animation

What You’ll Do: 
— Create engaging 3D mini-documentaries (15–35 seconds long) 
— Own the full pipeline: modeling, texturing, lighting, camera movement.
— Develop our brand, inspired from Art of War and Zack D Films

• What We’re Looking For: 
✓ Experienced in dynamic 3D animations 
✓ Solid background in Blender, Unreal Engine (or Maya / Cinema4D) 
✓ Strong understanding of composition, pacing, and viewer retention.
✓ Comfortable working independently
