Senior Project Manager (iGaming)

Location: Chiang Mai, Thailand; flexible hybrid work is available after probation.

What you will do

• Review client-requested features, define scope, clarify requirements, and coordinate with account, integration, and business teams.
• Estimate requirements in man-days and create quarterly timelines covering dependencies, priorities, risks, and commitments.
• Create and maintain UXM tasks, user flows, diagrams, specifications, project documentation, and rollback information.
• Coordinate releases, provide status updates, remove blockers, and drive production deployments with the operations manager.
• Prepare activity reports, roadmap updates, demo videos, and presentations for internal and management meetings.
• Communicate priorities, deadlines, risks, and deliverables while aligning expectations with stakeholders and clients.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management, product management, product ownership, or business analysis.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, organizational, administrative, and analytical skills.
• Experience prioritizing objectives, managing risks, resolving conflicts, and solving problems in fast-paced project environments.
• Experience with team leadership, stakeholder coordination, and creating specifications that achieve positive results.
• Ability to use Jira and Timely to track project and product management activities.

Nice to have

• Technical University or University of Economics/Business degree.
• SCRUM, PMP, business analysis, or product ownership certifications.
