What you will do

• Define scope for client-requested features and coordinate with Account and Integration Managers to clarify requirements.
• Create detailed UXM tasks including requirements, UAC information, user flows, and associated diagrams.
• Establish comprehensive timelines by analyzing task dependencies, prioritization, and risks.
• Drive production deployment in coordination with the operations manager and ensure documentation is complete.
• Prepare demo videos and present progress to management during Internal or Big Demo meetings.
• Maintain project roadmaps and propose process improvements to better fulfill client needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project/product management or business analysis.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a business analysis/SWOT focus.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills to prioritize tasks and objectives effectively.
• Proven experience in creating specifications that achieve positive results.
• Experience in team leadership, motivation, and conflict management.
• Ability to adapt and perform in a fast-paced project environment.

Nice to have

• Degree from a Technical University or University of Economics/Business.
• Relevant certifications such as SCRUM, PMP, BA, or PO.
