What you will do
- Lead end-to-end business analysis for complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional and non-functional specifications.
- Manage project planning, execution, monitoring, closure, scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors through integrated project plans.
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and facilitate stakeholder workshops, meetings, and governance activities.
- Validate delivered solutions against business objectives and support continuous process improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, or hybrid BA/PM roles.
- Experience delivering large-scale, cross-functional projects and managing scope, budgets, timelines, and resources.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Strong requirements gathering, process analysis, solution design, stakeholder management, leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Professional proficiency in Thai and English is required.
