What you will do

• Support client communications and business development initiatives, tracking timelines and deliverables.
• Maintain project documentation, sales pipelines, and management reports.
• Coordinate across internal teams including Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Technology to support business initiatives.
• Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and summary notes for internal and external stakeholders.
• Utilize AI and automation tools to streamline administrative, reporting, and analytical workflows.
• Identify operational gaps and recommend practical improvements to project execution and workflows.

Requirements

• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and track complex project timelines.
• Proficiency in preparing professional proposals and presentations.
• Skill in utilizing AI and automation tools for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong communication skills for managing client and partner relations.
