What you will do

• Manage overall equipment reliability through planning and scheduling of preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Provide technical leadership for analysts and technicians in machine troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Plan shift team schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.
• Conduct performance evaluations for technicians and analysts.
• Prioritize daily actions and assign tasks via the Daily Management System (DMS).
• Actively participate in the Planned Maintenance (PM) pillar.

Requirements

• Solid experience in the Maintenance area, specifically in Autonomous and Planned Maintenance.
• Knowledge of SAP PM module.
• Experience with WCM (World Class Manufacturing) or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (considered an advantage).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
