TL;DR
Application Engineer II (Signal Integrity & Power Integrity): Supporting customers in the deployment and adoption of SI/PI and Board Design solutions with an accent on debugging and optimizing designs for high-speed interfaces and 3D-IC. Focus on analyzing signal waveforms, performing EMI-EMC simulations, and developing technical documentation to improve tool adoption.
Location: Onsite in Belo Horizonte, Brazil

What you will do
- Support customers in the deployment and adoption of Signal Integrity, Power Integrity, and Board Design solutions.
- Assist customers in debugging and optimizing designs involving System Design, Board, Package, and Heterogenous integrated 3D-IC technologies.
- Collaborate with R&D, field teams, and product specialists to reproduce issues and improve tool usability.
- Develop technical documentation, examples, and knowledge content to enhance customer self-service.
- Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with worldwide teams to address customer needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience in System level Signal Integrity, Power Integrity, and EM field solver technologies.
- Strong knowledge of serial and parallel high-speed interfaces and SI/PI design challenges.
- Ability to analyze 2D/3D Signal waveforms, Eye Diagrams, Eye Density, and Bathtub curves.
- Experience extracting and analyzing S-parameter results (Insertion loss, Return Loss, TDR, RLGC).
- Strong English written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Must be based in Belo Horizonte, Brazil.
