What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of bare-metal GPU nodes including provisioning, onboarding, operation, and decommissioning across multiple regions.
• Develop automated node-delivery pipelines to scale the fleet toward 10,000+ GPUs and eliminate backlogs.
• Handle DPU, SmartNIC, and server firmware (BMC, BIOS, GPU) version baselines, upgrades, and validation.
• Improve fleet reliability through incident response, root-cause analysis, and enhanced hardware-health monitoring.
• Participate in a 24/7 multi-region on-call rotation and create operational runbooks to reduce manual toil.
• Define acceptance standards for new GPU SKUs and data-center regions.

Requirements

• 3+ years (6+ for Senior) experience in bare-metal server-fleet operations, HPC, or cloud infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience operating NVIDIA HGX/DGX-class GPU servers, including CUDA and driver management.
• Strong Linux systems knowledge with expertise in PXE, IPMI, Redfish, and OS imaging.
• Familiarity with DPU/SmartNIC technologies such as NVIDIA BlueField.
• Proficiency in infrastructure automation using Ansible, Terraform, Python, or Go.
• Ability to manage on-call rotations and operational incident response.
