What you will do

• Design and implement growth strategies and product enhancements for the global P2P business to align with growth objectives.
• Analyze global P2P market characteristics to address user pain points and enhance overall product usability.
• Build and refine a user risk control and quality management system to identify high-risk user profiles.
• Establish a comprehensive business funnel data analysis framework to provide guidance for product upgrades and business direction.
• Stay current with industry trends and produce actionable analytical reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 7+ years of experience in internet finance, blockchain, or digital currency industries.
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English as working languages.
• Extensive operations management experience with exposure to multiple global markets.
• Strong logical thinking, strategic analytical skills, and the ability to perform under pressure.
