What you will do

• Define and own the product vision and roadmap for engagements, aligning business objectives with customer needs.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Establish product frameworks, prioritization methods, and Agile operating models within client organizations.
• Lead cross-functional teams of designers, engineers, and researchers to deliver customer-centric solutions.
• Set the strategy for embedding AI, GenAI, and agentic capabilities into product roadmaps and operating models.
• Drive business development by contributing to proposals, SOWs, and pitches to expand account presence.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional product management experience with a track record of strategic ownership.
• Proven experience owning product strategy and go-to-market for a major product line, platform, or 0-to-1 launch.
• Experience staffing, coaching, or managing the performance of other Product Managers or Consultants.
• Authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
• Demonstrated track record of integrating AI/GenAI capabilities into a product strategy or operating model.
• Executive-level presence with the ability to influence VP and C-suite stakeholders.
