Senior Software Engineer - DevOps

What you will do

• Design and implement backend microservices in Python and TypeScript to support CI/CD pipelines.
• Build systems and APIs that automate deployment and testing environments.
• Monitor, maintain, and optimize backend services for high availability, performance, and reliability.
• Work with cross-functional teams on CI/CD initiatives and backend engineering challenges.
• Mentor colleagues and communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, ideally with microservices and distributed systems.
• Strong Python experience building scalable backend applications and automation tools.
• Experience with cloud technologies; AWS is preferred, while Azure is a bonus.
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes, automation, and continuous integration and deployment tools.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues and apply Agile practices.
• Strong communication and collaborative problem-solving skills.
