Infrastructure Engineer (AI)

Genesis Molecular AI develops generative and predictive foundation models that combine AI and physics to support drug design and molecular discovery.

What you will do

• Maintain and expand multi-cloud compute infrastructure supporting ML model training, computational chemistry research, and drug discovery.
• Develop monitoring, resource allocation, and deployment automation for autoscaling compute clusters.
• Build and improve orchestration and scheduling frameworks for heterogeneous computational pipelines.
• Increase execution throughput, reliability, and compute utilization across large-scale workloads.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building and maintaining cloud infrastructure at scale.
• Proficiency with Python, Bash, Terraform, Ray, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with AWS or GCP cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with distributed ML training jobs on compute clusters with 1,000+ GPUs is preferred.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with physical hardware and data center management.
