Closinglock is a fintech company modernizing real estate information and fund transfers to eliminate wire fraud for title companies and law firms.
What you will do
- Own portions of frontend development, collaborating with Product and Designers on UI concepts and implementation.
- Work with other frontend engineers to create a cohesive customer experience across the Closinglock ecosystem.
- Establish a culture of documentation, collaboration, and best practices within the engineering team.
- Consult on feature requests, user feedback, and future product development for the business.
- Collaborate with engineering leadership to maintain an elegant, testable, and maintainable codebase.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience with Vue.js, preferably including Vue 3 and modern paradigms.
- 3-5+ years of experience in custom web application development.
- Strong fundamentals in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Comfort with version control systems such as Git and JS build tools like npm and Vite.
- Must be based in or be able to work on-site in Austin, TX.
Nice to have
- Experience with Pinia or equivalent front-end state management tools.
- Experience with front-end testing using Vitest and Vue Testing Library.
- Familiarity with PHP, Laravel, jQuery, or working in mixed SPA/MPA codebases.
- Demonstrated success in modernizing legacy applications with current best practices.
