What you will do

• Lead delivery of Telecoms Security Act compliance activities and coordinate Ofcom regulatory submissions.
• Partner with engineering and security teams to gather and validate technical, architectural, and operational evidence.
• Identify control weaknesses and gaps, applying risk scoring in line with internal frameworks.
• Align TSA requirements with broader frameworks such as NCSC CAF and ISO 27001.
• Review supplier contracts to ensure security obligations are appropriate and enforceable.
• Support governance reporting and risk committee discussions.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK
• Experience in telecoms or network service provider environments.
• Background in cyber security, network security, or infrastructure security.
• Experience operating in a second line (GRC) or assurance capacity.
• At least one certification required: CISSP, CISM, or CRISC.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret technical concepts and align them to regulatory requirements.
