What you will do

• Oversee daily EMI operations and develop strategies to support growth and scalability.
• Ensure operations comply with EMI/PSR requirements and establish robust internal controls.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks while overseeing crisis and incident management.
• Act as the senior executive accountable for outsourcing, ensuring compliance with CBI guidance and DORA requirements.
• Manage the Fraud function, including prevention, detection, and case management outcomes.
• Oversee technology infrastructure and security to meet operational and regulatory needs.

Requirements

• Eligible to work in Ireland, or be willing to relocate to Ireland.
• Extensive experience (15+ years) in operational leadership roles within financial services or crypto-assets.
• Strong understanding of EMI, PSRs, and the wider European Regulatory Frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, financial acumen, and excellent communication skills.
