Junior Software Engineer (C# / Java / C++)

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and integrate capabilities into ISR Ground Procedural Trainer (GPT) and ISR Operator Procedural Trainer (OPT).
• Develop software utilizing C#, Java, C++, and C.
• Perform hardware/software integration and flight simulator integration.
• Build GEOINT and SIGINT sensor emulators and VoIP communication systems.
• Implement touchscreen interfaces, 3D visualization, and virtual reality integration.
• Collaborate directly with customers to design and integrate new capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a relevant technical field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Software Engineer.
• US citizenship with the ability to obtain a security clearance.
• Proficiency in multiple languages including C#, Java, C, or C++.
• Experience with Visual Studio and Git or similar version control software.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for both software and hardware environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
• Knowledge of Object-Oriented Design and software architectural design patterns.
• Experience with WPF, XAML, and the MVVM pattern.
• Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo).
• Understanding of network communication protocols and Windows Server 2012.
