What you will do

• Develop, document, and maintain CM processes and procedures in alignment with industry standards.
• Participate in Configuration Control Board (CCB) and Design Review Board (DRB) meetings to provide CM input.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and program management teams to ensure alignment with program requirements.
• Generate and distribute CM reports and metrics to provide visibility into change objects.
• Support the preparation and execution of configuration audits and reviews.
• Manage the release process and monthly deliveries of revised work products.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Configuration Management or a related discipline.
• Associate degree in engineering or a related field (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Basic understanding of CM principles and familiarity with standards such as ANSI/EIA-649, ASME/Y14, or MIL-STD.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and AS9100 Quality Management requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with PLM databases.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
