What you will do

• Own the architectural integrity and reliability of AI-built products from pilot to scale.
• Direct and verify agentically generated code, ensuring it meets high standards for security and performance.
• Build hands-on using AI development tooling and Git, moving at a rapid pilot pace.
• Partner with a non-technical Pod Founder to translate product intent into functional system capabilities.
• Make critical decisions on shipping safety and technical debt to balance speed with long-term scalability.
• Maintain system documentation to ensure alignment between the founder and the operating team.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• Proven experience shipping production software and owning its reliability and security.
• Strong engineering judgment to direct and verify AI-generated output at high volume.
• Fluency or fast-developing fluency with AI-assisted development workflows.
• Ability to own security and scale independently without a dedicated platform team.
• Product-focused mindset with a commitment to customer-centric outcomes.
