Revenue Operations Solution Consultant (CPQ)

Location: Must be based in Bogotá, Colombia (Hybrid role).

What you will do

• Configure and validate CPQ and Billing systems to meet specific customer business requirements.
• Develop and execute test scripts, managing functional and regression testing cycles.
• Guide customers through User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure production readiness.
• Coordinate data validation, deployment activities, and cutover tasks for go-live.
• Provide hands-on hypercare support to ensure smooth transitions to steady-state operations.
• Support change management and customer enablement through training programs and documentation.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience implementing or supporting CPQ, Billing, CRM, or ERP systems.
• Proven experience with system configuration, data validation, testing, and UAT coordination.
• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C), Accounts Receivable (AR), or General Ledger (GL) workflows.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving priorities.
• Must be based in Bogotá, Colombia.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ and managed packages.
• Experience with enterprise-level account management.
