Location: Hybrid role based in Boston, MA

Salary: $223,000–$335,000

What you will do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive RWE strategic roadmap for the HIDO portfolio.
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team to enhance RWE competencies and standards.
• Oversee the design and interpretation of observational research, registries, and post-launch evidence initiatives.
• Integrate RWE strategies across clinical development, regulatory, medical, and commercial functions.
• Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, data providers, and patient advocacy groups.
• Drive the adoption of innovative analytic approaches, including AI/ML and advanced epidemiology.

Requirements

• Advanced degree (PhD, DrPH, MD, PharmD, MSc) in epidemiology, public health, or health economics.
• 12+ years of experience in RWE, HEOR, or observational research within pharma/biotech.
• Proven leadership in global RWE strategy and portfolio-level evidence generation.
• Extensive knowledge of real-world data sources, claims, EHR, and registry analytics.
• Experience supporting regulatory submissions, HTA, and payer interactions.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Boston, MA office for hybrid requirements.

• Experience in rare diseases, hematology, immunology, dermatology, or ophthalmology.
