What you will do

• Assemble and integrate semiconductor process tools, including frames, mechanical systems, and fluid delivery lines.
• Interpret and execute builds based on mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and fluid system diagrams.
• Troubleshoot complex assembly issues in real-time in collaboration with engineering.
• Lead subassembly efforts and coordinate entire tool builds, maintaining schedules and resolving bottlenecks.
• Support the tool power-up process to ensure operational readiness prior to handoff.
• Maintain thorough build documentation and enforce plant safety protocols including lockout/tagout.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent; technical or trade education is strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years’ hands-on experience building electro-mechanical systems, preferably in semiconductor environments.
• Availability to work 2nd shift (3:30 PM – 12:00 AM) with overtime flexibility.
• Proficiency with Swagelok, flare fittings, stainless steel tubing, and high-purity plumbing assembly.
• Ability to read and interpret complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing schematics.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Horsham, PA.

Nice to have

• Experience with small gauge wire termination, crimping, and cable routing.
• Familiarity with SolidWorks, Excel, and ERP systems for build tracking.
