TL;DR

Client Advisor (Real Estate): Providing comprehensive insurance advice and structuring transactional risk solutions for complex cross-border real estate deals with an accent on W&I, Title, and Contingent Liability insurance. Focus on managing the deal lifecycle, negotiating with law firms and investors, and leveraging legal expertise in a high-stakes commercial environment.

Location: Must be based in Warsaw, Poland. This is a hybrid role requiring at least three days per week in the office.

What you will do

  • Advise on, structure, and place transactional risk insurance solutions including W&I, Title, and Contingent Liability insurance.
  • Support clients throughout the entire deal lifecycle, from initial structuring to final negotiations and placement.
  • Collaborate closely with law firms, financial investors, corporate clients, and global insurers.
  • Work with regional PEMA hubs on both domestic and international transactions.
  • Develop commercial, legal, and negotiation skills within a fast-paced, deal-driven environment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of real estate experience from a reputable law firm or equivalent in-house role.
  • Strong understanding of real estate transaction dynamics, sector risks, and contract negotiations.
  • Fluent in Polish and English (spoken and written).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment.
  • CV must be provided in English.
