What you will do

• Build full-stack functionality for internal and public web applications.
• Contribute to features across Hatch and Unity platforms from implementation through to support.
• Utilize AI tools and agents to accelerate scaffolding, testing, and research.
• Participate in code reviews to give and receive technical feedback.
• Collaborate with teammates and end-users to solve underlying business problems.
• Write reliable, well-tested code and debug issues promptly.

Requirements

• Foundation in software development via CS degree, bootcamp, internships, or self-taught experience.
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Ability to use AI development tools while maintaining critical judgment for verification.
• Familiarity with version control and software design best practices.
