What you will do

• Build and own backend capabilities for the identity platform, including core authentication flows and API surfaces.
• Design and deliver high-impact, customer-facing features for agentic and non-human identity use cases.
• Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to define the roadmap and translate customer needs into technical capabilities.
• Drive technical decisions by authoring design documents and performing rigorous code reviews.
• Improve production quality and resilience through enhanced observability and incident remediation.
• Mentor other engineers through pairing and knowledge-sharing to raise the team's technical bar.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience designing and operating high-scale, mission-critical cloud production systems.
• Proficiency in a modern programming language with a focus on high-quality code and best practice standards.
• Extensive experience in RESTful API design and development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience.
• Ability to work non-standard hours, including on-call rotations, weekends, and holidays.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Go, TypeScript, and DynamoDB.
• Experience building developer tools or SDKs.
• Experience owning products consumed by paying customers.
