What you will do

• Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities across the predictions ecosystem, including market makers, data providers, and traders.
• Structure partnership terms in collaboration with legal, finance, and compliance departments.
• Manage partner onboarding, integration, and activity, serving as the primary escalation point for issues.
• Analyze the competitive landscape to develop and translate insights into actionable partnership strategies.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in Partnerships, including building partner programs or ambassador ecosystems (internships count).
• Deep interest in prediction markets and emerging industry trends.
• Understanding of trading infrastructure, including order books, APIs, and market-making mechanics.
• Strong analytical skills for sizing opportunities and tracking liquidity/volume performance.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, evolving regulatory environment.
