What you will do

• Design and build a full-stack AI application using React, Python, Node.js, and Azure OpenAI in Azure Government Cloud.
• Implement RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, and document processing for technical corpora including OCR for schematics and manuals.
• Develop an offline-first cross-platform mobile app using .NET MAUI targeting Android, iOS, Windows, and macOS.
• Create secure, versioned REST API endpoints to expose AI capabilities to web and mobile clients.
• Implement secure data synchronization protocols over Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and USB for field operations.
• Maintain application security and reliability in compliance with federal government standards.

Requirements

• BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3–5 years of experience in full-stack development with React, Python, and Node.js.
• Demonstrated experience with Azure OpenAI, RAG pipelines, and vector databases.
• Strong expertise in .NET MAUI for cross-platform mobile development and offline-first architectures.
• Proficiency with REST API design, OAuth 2.0/OpenID Connect, and Git/Docker.
• Must provide proof of US Citizenship (NOFORN requirement) and attest to no dual citizenship.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Azure Government Cloud (FedRAMP, IL4/IL5).
• Experience with AI frameworks like Semantic Kernel, LangChain, or LangGraph.
• Knowledge of Blazor Hybrid, 2D/3D digital twin technology, or SCADA/HMI software.
• Familiarity with government cybersecurity standards (STIG, NIST).
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and P&ID schematics.
