What you will do

• Lead the design and development of core platform services, APIs, and internal tools.
• Build fullstack solutions across backend systems, user experiences, and workflow logic.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate coding, testing, debugging, and documentation.
• Design orchestration logic across services, vendors, and external systems.
• Drive integration architecture with third-party platforms and enterprise systems.
• Mentor engineers and define engineering standards for architecture, security, and quality.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience in production systems.
• Strong backend development experience in Python.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks like React or Next.js.
• Deep experience with service-oriented or microservices architectures.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerized deployment.
• Ability to use AI tools effectively throughout the software development lifecycle.

Nice to have

• Background in Fintech and experience with Temporal orchestration.
• Experience building AI-enabled products or agentic workflows.
• Familiarity with identity, access management, and compliance-sensitive environments.
