What you will do

• Input and validate trade details including price, volume, and counterparty accurately and at pace.
• Monitor broker trade flow to ensure timely capture and immediately flag discrepancies or missing information.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Front Office desks to prevent downstream errors.
• Assist in daily and monthly reporting processes and execute basic data control checks.
• Maintain organized records to support audit and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under time pressure.
• Good numerical skills and comfort working with trade data.
• Reliable and organized approach to handling repetitive tasks consistently.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel.
• Must be based in London, UK for on-site work.
