Senior Manual Tester (iGaming)

What you will do

• Design, prepare, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios against business and functional requirements.
• Perform manual functional and regression testing across web, mobile, and desktop applications.
• Identify, document, track, and help resolve defects with development teams.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product owners, and project managers to ensure test coverage.
• Mentor junior testers and contribute to quality standards and continuous improvement.
• Maintain testing documentation and collaborate with automation teams to improve efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in manual software testing, especially functional and regression testing.
• Knowledge of manual testing principles, defect management tools, test management tools, SQL, databases, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience testing web and mobile applications.
• Italian language proficiency at C1 level or higher is mandatory.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and attention-to-detail skills.

Nice to have

• ISTQB Foundation Certification or higher.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with test automation, automation frameworks, scripting, CI/CD, and modern software development practices.
