What you will do

• Contribute to engineering initiatives through hands-on coding, system design, and architecture.
• Collaborate with product management and stakeholders to define technical requirements and roadmaps.
• Drive architectural decisions and maintain high standards for code quality, testing, and documentation.
• Mentor developers and foster a culture of technical excellence and growth.
• Develop scalable solutions while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and PHI privacy standards.
• Utilize advanced AI tooling to accelerate development workflows and solve complex problems.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong background in modern web development with React, TypeScript, and NextJS.
• Solid understanding of backend systems, APIs, and databases like PostgreSQL.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS.
• Must be eligible to work in the US.
• Ability to handle sensitive data and complete HIPAA/PHI compliance training.

Nice to have

• Experience building LLM-powered applications (agentic pipelines, tool-calling).
• Background in Healthcare IT or regulated software environments.
