What you will do

• Monitor student attendance and engagement to ensure compliance with UKVI requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and compliance documentation.
• Support routine compliance checks and assist in gathering information for internal audits and UKVI inspections.
• Provide guidance and briefings to staff regarding regulatory obligations and consistent practices.
• Identify and report potential compliance risks to the supervisor.
• Serve as a first-line liaison for routine UKVI compliance queries.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• Strong, current knowledge of UKVI regulations and post-enrolment compliance processes.
• Demonstrable experience in a compliance, audit, or regulatory role, preferably in higher education.
• Proven experience supervising or leading a small operational team.
• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Confident communication skills for briefing staff and cross-functional collaboration.
