Salary: $180,000–$200,000

What you will do
- Design, build, and deploy scalable backend services and APIs for the Conversation Intelligence Platform.
- Collaborate with product leaders to scope and deliver new platform capabilities.
- Develop frontend functionality as needed to create seamless end-to-end user experiences.
- Maintain production systems, ensuring high reliability, performance, and scalability.
- Debug complex production issues and contribute to engineering best practices.
- Mentor teammates through code reviews and technical leadership.
Requirements
- Strong experience with object-oriented Python.
- Proven ability to design and build production-grade APIs and backend systems.
- Fullstack engineering experience with a clear strength in backend development.
- Experience building greenfield products and scaling existing production systems.
- Deep understanding of system architecture, scalability, and distributed systems.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across engineering teams and ship products from concept to production.
Nice to have
- Experience with cloud infrastructure and containerized environments.
- Experience working alongside ML or AI teams.
- Experience with React or other modern frontend frameworks.
- Experience building developer platforms or enterprise products.
