What you will do

• Design, build, and deploy scalable backend services and APIs for the Conversation Intelligence Platform.
• Collaborate with product leaders to scope and deliver new platform capabilities.
• Develop frontend functionality as needed to create seamless end-to-end user experiences.
• Maintain production systems, ensuring high reliability, performance, and scalability.
• Debug complex production issues and contribute to engineering best practices.
• Mentor teammates through code reviews and technical leadership.

Requirements

• Strong experience with object-oriented Python.
• Proven ability to design and build production-grade APIs and backend systems.
• Fullstack engineering experience with a clear strength in backend development.
• Experience building greenfield products and scaling existing production systems.
• Deep understanding of system architecture, scalability, and distributed systems.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across engineering teams and ship products from concept to production.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud infrastructure and containerized environments.
• Experience working alongside ML or AI teams.
• Experience with React or other modern frontend frameworks.
• Experience building developer platforms or enterprise products.
