Location: Hybrid between working from the London office and remotely

What you will do

  • Develop product-specific content strategies for the website and other core customer communication channels.
  • Lead content strategy for new market launches, shaping website experiences and information architecture.
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Design, and Editorial teams to bring strategies to life.
  • Map customer journeys, identify content gaps, and develop plans to address them.
  • Create content guidelines, playbooks, and training resources for internal teams.
  • Collaborate with SEO and AI search leads to integrate organic search insights into strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in content strategy and/or content marketing.
  • Strong writing and editing skills for diverse target audiences.
  • Confidence in leading user, audience, and market research to inform strategies.
  • Ability to demonstrate the impact of evidence-based content strategies on business outcomes.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybridly in London, UK.
  • Ability to embed quickly into cross-functional teams and manage multiple product areas.
