What you will do

• Own content-driven acquisition metrics, including organic traffic, conversion rates, and CPA.
• Manage SEO as a measured discipline to grow keyword rankings and domain authority.
• Plan, produce, and distribute content across web, social, email, and video channels.
• Lead and performance-manage a team of content creators and editors.
• Track and optimize engagement metrics per channel to hit specific targets.
• Collaborate with Growth, Product, and Compliance teams to align with regulatory guardrails.

Requirements

• 7+ years in content strategy/production, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience in fintech, crypto, or a high-growth regulated digital business.
• Proven track record of moving content-driven acquisition and SEO metrics.
• Hands-on experience producing full-funnel content across multiple formats at scale.
• Working understanding of crypto and digital banking subject matter.
