Location: Hybrid in Munich, Germany (60% office, 40% home)

What you will do

  • Manage relationships and act as a primary liaison between logistics service providers and hirify.global.
  • Monitor and manage supplier performance, KPIs, and reports, leading necessary corrective actions.
  • Conduct weekly business reviews and GEMBA walks to identify and resolve operational issues.
  • Drive continuous improvement of warehouse processes in collaboration with service providers using Lean/Six Sigma.
  • Develop and implement process standards, design metrics, and dashboards for the FC network.
  • Collaborate with the Engineering team to investigate and implement capacity increase projects.

Requirements

  • Strong professional experience in 3rd party logistics (3PL), preferably within the e-commerce or B2C sector.
  • Proven experience acting as a site leader of a warehouse or in a similar leadership role.
  • Profound competence in process and material flow analysis and intralogistics.
  • Lean Management / Six Sigma experience is required.
  • Experience leading medium to complex operational projects.
  • Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Munich, Germany.
