What you will do

• Perform quality monitoring and audits to ensure adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.
• Identify errors, trends, and root causes through operational assessments.
• Provide timely feedback to leadership and operational teams to drive performance improvements.
• Analyze quality data and develop reports highlighting key metrics and opportunities.
• Partner with stakeholders to recommend process improvements and corrective action plans.
• Maintain knowledge of applicable regulations and support enterprise risk management.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or Process Improvement within financial services, insurance, or banking.
• Experience analyzing operational data and determining root causes.
• Knowledge of financial regulations including UDAAP, TILA, BSA/AML, and various banking regulations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience working in a production-driven, compliance-focused environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Nice to have

• Experience supporting quality assurance programs specifically within banking institutions.
• Experience facilitating calibration sessions or quality review meetings.
• Ability to translate complex regulatory findings into operational improvements.
