What you will do

  • Define the vision, priorities, and operating model for the Campaign Program Management team.
  • Build, mentor, and develop a team of Campaign Program Managers supporting specific franchises.
  • Establish governance for campaign planning, budgeting, and cross-functional orchestration.
  • Identify delivery risks, define mitigation plans, and remove roadblocks to ensure timely execution.
  • Drive the adoption of shared tools, standardized processes, and unified planning frameworks.
  • Facilitate cross-team rituals such as kickoffs, reviews, and postmortems to improve alignment.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in program management, marketing operations, or creative operations.
  • Proven experience leading teams and driving cross-functional governance in complex, matrixed environments.
  • Ability to lead transformation initiatives and secure adoption of new workflows and tools at scale.
  • Strong aptitude for fostering a culture of accountability and cross-team collaboration.
  • Excellent relationship builder with the ability to influence senior leaders and diverse stakeholders.
  • Understanding of creative, marketing, and production workflows.
