What you will do

  • Develop and execute global brand strategies and commercial activities for product launches.
  • Implement omnichannel engagement campaigns and communication plans across the product lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with medical affairs, market access, and local affiliates to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Analyze market research, patient journeys, and competitive intelligence to drive actionable insights.
  • Manage forecasting, long-range planning, and performance reporting in collaboration with finance.
  • Oversee agency partnerships and ensure functional execution of marketing KPIs.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical marketing.
  • Proven track record in specialty care or rare disease product marketing.
  • Experience in global marketing and in-country marketing in top 5 European markets or North America.
  • Successful experience in global product launches.
  • Fluent English is compulsory.
  • Degree-level education in life sciences or business studies.
