What you will do

• Lead the localization of strategy and target audience insights for the French market.
• Manage the local product portfolio and 18-month rolling forecast.
• Own the end-to-end marketing strategy, including social media, PR, and influencer activations.
• Manage the local A&P budget to ensure strong ROI.
• Collaborate with trade marketing teams to maximize revenue growth across distribution channels.
• Monitor campaign performance and share best practices across the organization.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in Marketing, preferably in FMCG or retail.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, media planning, and e-commerce.
• Proven ability to translate consumer insights into actionable marketing plans.
• Strong analytical and project management skills with budget management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
