What you will do

• Support hirify.global’s National Response in Italy with information and knowledge management to harmonise data collection, analysis, and institutional learning.
• Strengthen office publications, events, partnerships, and external positioning.
• Capture institutional knowledge and lessons learned and support coordinated production of communications and visibility products (e.g., annual report, publications, events).
• Reinforce internal coordination and evidence-based advocacy, including cooperation with donors in close collaboration with the Italian National Committee.
• Support communications and partnerships functions and internal coordination related to the Refugee and Migrant Response Platform (RMRP).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in international relations, political sciences, social sciences, anthropology, information management, information systems, statistics, social communication, or related fields.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in information and knowledge management, data collection, analysis and reporting, communications and/or administrative coordination (preferably in a UN, international, or humanitarian organisation).
• Experience designing and/or managing digital forms, data collection platforms, and analysis tools such as KoBo Toolbox, Open Data Kit (ODK), Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
• Demonstrated experience producing communications/visibility and knowledge products (reports, factsheets, newsletters, briefs, presentations) and coordinating publications and/or events.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with collaboration/knowledge-sharing platforms such as SharePoint.
• Language: Fluency in English and Italian.
