What you will do
- Support global branding and communications initiatives, including campaign planning, activation, and reporting.
- Create presentations, dashboards, reports, and executive-facing materials.
- Conduct research, benchmarking, and trend analysis to inform branding and communications.
- Support content creation across digital, social, and internal channels, including storytelling and employee advocacy.
- Assist with brand governance and consistency across materials; coordinate with stakeholders, agencies, and creative teams.
- Support AI-enabled marketing, content, and communications initiatives; contribute to creative asset production (including video/motion support where applicable).
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Branding, Media, Design, Business, HR, or a related field.
- Strong interest in branding, communications, storytelling, marketing, design, or employee experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; proactive and eager to learn.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in an international, collaborative environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with LinkedIn, social media platforms, content creation, or employer branding.
- Familiarity with PowerPoint, Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, video editing, or AI tools.
- Interest in AI, digital marketing, branding, communications, or design.
