Cybersecurity Engineer

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end vulnerability management program using Tenable and Sonarqube.
• Triage and manage the crowdsourced bug bounty program via BugCrowd.
• Act as the security voice in developer architecture meetings and perform threat modeling.
• Conduct system impact analyses and represent security on the Change Control Board.
• Triage and document security incidents within OneTrust and Jira.
• Maintain oversight of endpoint detection, MDM, and email security tools.

Requirements

• Must be a US citizen.
• 3–5 years of dedicated experience in a technical cybersecurity role.
• Strong familiarity with OWASP Top 10 and web application security testing.
• Proven experience running enterprise vulnerability scanners and driving remediation.
• Foundational knowledge of AWS and securing cloud-native applications.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with software developers.

Nice to have

• Experience with Burp Suite, Kali Linux, and Bitsight.
• Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CEH, GIAC, or CISSP.
• Scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Experience with PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, and SOC 2 compliance.
• Experience utilizing AI to improve security productivity and reviewing AI integrations.
