Implementation Engineer (ERP)

Location: Remote (Must be based in North or South America)

What you will do

• Implement integrations between the platform and ERP partners like Eclipse, P21, and Infor using APIs.
• Lead post-sale integration work including configuration, testing, and data flow validation.
• Join pre-sale discovery calls to provide technical guidance and feasibility assessments.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and collaborate with engineering teams for resolutions.
• Document integration steps and best practices for internal and customer use.
• Participate in customer onboarding and go-live calls as the technical owner.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in technical implementation, technical account management, or customer engineering at a SaaS company.
• Proficiency in APIs, REST endpoints, authentication methods, and JSON payloads.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical users.
• English proficiency required; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
• Experience with ERP systems or a strong desire to learn them in depth.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving, fully remote environment with high ownership.
