What you will do

• Lead workshops with leadership to align on strategic priorities and requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications.
• Design and build end-to-end analytics solutions using Power BI.
• Develop dashboards, applications, and automated workflows via Microsoft Power Platform.
• Manage the full delivery cycle from requirements and design to testing and production deployment.
• Create visually polished, user-friendly interfaces and dashboards.

Requirements

• Fluent English for daily international collaboration.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and reporting.
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end Power BI solutions.
• Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Advanced UI/UX design skills for dashboard creation.
• Confidence in workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement.
• Must be based in Poland.
