What you will do

• Uncover patterns in user behavior and product engagement to inform product strategy.
• Evaluate acquisition and activation funnels to identify growth bottlenecks.
• Build and maintain decision-support dashboards using tools like Tableau.
• Design, run, and analyze A/B tests in collaboration with product teams.
• Establish and promote strong analytics practices across the entire organization.
• Translate raw data into clear product insights and actionable growth hypotheses.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Data or Product Analytics.
• Solid SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Strong grasp of statistics and experimentation methodologies.
• Deep understanding of product/growth metrics and LTV modeling.
• English: Intermediate+ proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python libraries like pandas or numpy.
• Working knowledge of ETL processes or dbt.
