What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Data, Analytics, AI, and Generative AI initiatives aligned with business priorities.
• Manage the full lifecycle of Data & AI products, balancing budget, resources, and delivery commitments.
• Partner with stakeholders and Product Owners to shape demand and prioritize the product roadmap.
• Drive product adoption and value realization based on business feedback and usage insights.
• Promote agile delivery practices and outcome-driven ways of working.
• Manage external technology partners and suppliers to ensure delivery quality.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in IT, Digital, Data & Analytics, or AI-related delivery roles.
• Proven experience delivering AI and Generative AI solutions in enterprise settings.
• Technical proficiency with Azure, Databricks, Power BI, and Power Platform.
• Familiarity with GenAI patterns such as RAG, AI Assistants, and AI Agents.
• Experience in Pharmaceutical R&D data domains (genomics, proteomics, bioinformatics).
• Fluent English proficiency.
