What you will do

• Provide technical leadership across the full Oracle database lifecycle, ensuring performance, availability, compliance, and governance.
• Act as an Oracle database SME and deliver advanced (L3/L4) support for complex database issues.
• Ensure high availability using RAC, Data Guard, and recovery strategies.
• Perform database patching, upgrades, and lifecycle management with automation and performance troubleshooting.
• Lead database projects, audits, and cross-functional collaboration with global teams.
• Maintain technical documentation and mentor team members through knowledge sharing and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Computer Engineering.
• Pre-advanced English.
• Proven experience supporting distributed/global teams.
• Strong expertise in Oracle Database Administration (11g–19c+), Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM), and database lifecycle management (DBLM).
• Experience with Oracle RAC, Data Guard, multitenant architecture, SQL, and performance tuning.
• Experience with scripting (Shell, Perl, EMCLI) and Linux/Unix environments (RedHat, AIX).

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms (Oracle Cloud, AWS, Azure).
• Exposure to automation tools (Ansible; Shell/Python scripting).
• Knowledge of middleware and enterprise integrations; familiarity with DevOps practices.
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise systems.
