What you will do

• Provide technical leadership in the design, development, and testing of enterprise products.
• Balance active coding in C#, Angular, and APL with guiding automation initiatives.
• Define and own the test architecture and quality strategy at the team level.
• Mentor and coach engineers in development, automation, and testing best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical goals and implement improvements in CI/CD pipelines.
• Conduct root cause analysis for complex defects and advocate for preventive engineering processes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering with combined Dev and QA responsibilities.
• Expertise in .NET / C# and working knowledge of Angular.
• Extensive background in test automation (E2E, API, Integration) and test strategy.
• Solid experience in architecting enterprise-scale applications and working with Microsoft Azure.
• Proficient English communication skills (Upper-Intermediate or higher).
• Deep expertise in CI/CD pipelines (Git, TeamCity, Azure DevOps) and relational databases (SQL).

Nice to have

• Background in FinTech or capital markets.
• Knowledge of financial derivatives (options, futures, swaps).
• Experience with Domain-Driven Design and XP practices (TDD, pair programming).
